Pathetic

Purchased a few sets of coasters advertised as a set of 6. Only received one of each then was told it was a "data capturing" error and was offered a refund.

I ordered a set of 6! Why must I be offered a refund? Takealot has made mistakes with orders but have gone out of their way to accomodate me on their mistakes, Loot on the other hand looks for the easy way out.
