Passing the buck

I bought a Oztrail Gen4 tent from Loot in March. Right fm start I had problems with the ziplock. As u pull it along, the zip stayed open behind the ziplock lever. On my second outing in May the problem persists. I informed Loot about it and were told that they dont check their products but will inform their supplier. I ordered from Loot and paid them, not their supplier. I dont think they take their business seriously if they treat paying customers like this
