Parcel Tracking is Useless

Loot uses FedEx to deliver parcels and they even give a tracking number on the order page but no matter what i do i can never get any info regarding my parcel Fedex just shows "This tracking number cannot be found, please check the number or contact the sender."

I have emailed loot regarding this issue but haven't received any reply. Nor can I phone them as they are only accepting email (which seems are immediately deleted) or social media which i loathe.

So i'm here as a last resort. Can you please sort out your tracking system as it might as well not exist at present.
