Parcel not delivered and no response from Loot.co.za

I’m very upset with Loot.co.za. I’ve waited a month for my parcel to be delivered. The delivery date keeps changing getting more and more delayed.

There customer service is shocking. When I phone they can’t explain why it has not left the warehouse and they keep saying it will be delivered but it never comes and they won’t escalate it or let you speak to their manager.

I’m so dissapinted in you Loot. I don’t think I’ll use you ever again.

Please rectify this situation ASAP!
