Parcel couldnt be tracked in time

I placed an order on line and selected the speed service, when I called to track if my order was dispatched I was told their tracking systems where down and I need to call the delivery company. I did as told and I was on hold for forever, I tried again the next day and I was advised that my parcel is ready for collection but to my surprise when I went to collect the parcel someone had been given my parcel at the post office in Marshalltown. If they were able to track my order in time I would have received the goods which I paid for with my hard earned money. Loot I want my money back.
