PAINFUL SERVICE ON A FAULTY ITEM

Buying a brand new item from these guys you will expect a working item. I am frustrated because I got the total opposite, the calculator was not functioning at all, to add to my frustrations I had to wait for them to come collect it and then wait few more days for them to receive it, verify if indeed the faulty item is indeed faulty all of which can drag on for more weeks of waiting. can somebody understand that I am left behind in my studies ????

on top of this painful experience, you get a consultant saying you should have read "our policy".
