Paid for 4 June 2020. Appalling service.

I ordered and paid for a gas heater on 4 June 2020 Order#YWRK-278-B310. Loot advised of an expected delay. The heater was delivered on 3 July. On July 4 I found that there was a defect. I advised Loot by email. They did not collect until 10 July afternoon. I paid R999 on 4 June. Today is July 22. My money has not been refunded. Loot say that it was returned today 22 July. That’s 12 days from the Overstrand to Cape Town. According to Loot they will now return the heater to their supplier. And they had the gall to suggest possibly sending a replacement. My R999 is way overdue to be returned to me.
