Overall, A Good Experience With Loot

This was my second time buying from Loot (the first time was in 2019). I had a mostly good experience with Loot. I felt that they communicated delays to my order of two books in good time. There were at least three emails informing me of delays, with the latest being on 31 March. The books were shipped on 8 April as expected. I don't think waiting a month for books from overseas is too bad, but I felt that Loot should have communicated more clearly on their website that those books would have a longer lead time. I was also a bit confused at first about which courier company would deliver my parcel, but since the parcel arrived in the stated 1 to 3 business days, it's not a major issue. They also responded promptly to the emails I sent to ask about the courier.
