OUTSTANDING ORDER

I have been ordering from Loot for many years and their service was very good. I ordered during lockdown on 15 May and it was due to be delivered on 15 June 2020, up to now nothing received. I have mailed them, got a reference nr for my call and still got no feedback. Phoned them numerous times without success. No feedback from them at all.
