Ordered on the 28/01, still waiting!!
Thought I will give [URL Removed] a try. Massive mistake. Ordered on the 28th of January, they told me the last date that the item will be dispatched was yesterday. <br> <br> Heard Nothing from loot since the 28th of January. Called yesterday, and the agent promised high and low that they are still on Track and the item will go out before COB yesterday. Surprize Surprize, it looks like the item havent even arrived at their store rooms yet. Heard Nothing, havent received any communication since the original order. Why should I keep on following up to see of you are rendering the service I paid you for?? <br> <br> Of you are planning on giving Loot a try, my advice: Stay very very far away. Stick with [URL Removed] I buy at least once or twice a month from them and have NEVER had this issue before.

Unfortunately, our cheaper local supplier had promised to fulfilll the order by the date quoted but failed to follow through. In order to complete the transaction we have imported the item from an overseas supplier at a much higher price which we will of course absorb and not expect you to pay.
We will, of course, do everything we can to expedite the dispatch of the order.
We are so sorry that the communication was not sent you promptly and that we had to delay the dispatch of your order.
