Order still not arrived- three weeks after order

<p>I ordered books from Loot about three or more weeks ago. I have never used Loot before and thought I would give them a try as the books were reasonaby priced. I need these books to read before my studies commence next year and was hoping to have them ASAP..</p> <p> </p> <p>They were expected to arrive at the latest 10 days ago. I have only received half the order (also later than the 'latest dispatch date') and have received no further correspondence from Loot informing me of my order or apologising for the extreme delay since.</p> <p> </p> <p>I feel that this is in poor taste and bad service- and for the cost of the order- zero service.</p> <p>I spent R2000 on these books and need them desperately. Disappointed.</p>
