Order not yet received

Order of kids stationery placed on 29/12/2022, now 18/01/2023 still not received. Told it was dispatched on the 05/01/2023. Phoned today told its still being packed. Kids are now at school without required stationery. We even advised customer services on 05/01/2023 if this order was not able to be fulfilled before schools go back yesterday 16/01/2023 to please inform us and cancel our order so we can make alternate arrangements. I'm not here to blame anyone, these are just facts on my experience with Loot.
