Order not being delivered

<p>On 14/12 /2016 I placed and paid for an order (ZKFV-124-B110) but have yet to receive my goods. ALL items indicated at the time of my order 'in stock'. Now, 11 days later, the progress of my order reads 'stock on order' and 'latest dispatch date: 19/01/2017'. If all items were in stock why did I not receive them timeously? I ordered my Christmas gifts and yet came Christmas I HAD NOTHING TO SHOW FOR IT!!!! This is unacceptable! </p>
