Order from 19 April 2020 still outstanding/no communication whatsover

I placed an order for a microwave/convection oven online with loot on Sunday, 19 April 2020 during lockdown. I understood that the order will only be shipped after the restrictions were lifted, after it was lifted it kept saying order on status, expected delivery Tuesday, 18 May 2020.

I sent e-mails numerous times, only an automated response e-mail that a representative will be in touch as soon as possible, I called and just get voicemail and still no response from anyone at loot.

I am deeply disappointed as I have made use of their services numerous times in the past and never had a problem before, having spent so much money without any assistance from the company months later is just not right.
