Order delivery delays

I have ordered books in February (JTMP-316-B030) with a possible delivery of between 5-12 days. After payment, the delivery dates changed to over 30 days, to approximately after the 9th March 2021. I received an email today informing me that there has been another delay in receiving the books, new delivery date could be on the 19th March and I could possibly receive my books around the 22nd March. I find this totally unacceptable and in bad taste. I am expecting another new date after the 19th instead of my order! I deeply REGRET ever ordering from LOOT, NEVER EVER AGAIN - IF YOU WANT TO BE LOOTED, PLACE AN ORDER WITH LOOT.CO.ZA. Why are they in online business if they can't deliver simple items such as books, I feel sorry for people who order big items.
