Order BCMZ-116-B330 Bad service!!

<p>I placed an order which was supposed to be dispatched on 27.10.16 but was only dispatched on 3.11.16</p> <p>All customer service could say about the delayed delivery was "sorry for the inconveneince caused"</p> <p>I received the order on 07.11.16 and even though I specified on my order and with the lady that consolidated my orders that I want a blue sippy strw cup, I was sent a pink one!</p>
