Order BCHS-440-BA60

Order BCHS-440-BA60 refers. This order was placed in June 2026, eta 10 August 2026. When due date passed, I enquired about the delay only to be informed that their supplier has a stock issue and they then ordered from another supplier with ETA 17 September 2026. I followed up today, 14 September 2026 and again with no communication from their side being told that the second supplier also has a stock issue and that the ETA has now moved to 02 November 2026. Just how does it take almost 6 months to fulfill n order and the worst is the lack of communication - unless I initiate it, I will not get any feedback from Loot. Never ever again, this is not a reputable company to deal with
