Order 3 weeks late

I ordered a printer on the 27th of December with the latest delivery date being the 6th of January. This was already a bit long to wait, but i understood and purchased my printer. On the 31st of December, i received am email saying that it had been delayed until the 8th of January. I rep**** to the email and am yet to receive a response. I then checked my order status and saw it had moved until the 13th of January. I then sent another email. No one from Loot has responded, called or gotten back to me. I am now waiting 3 weeks for my order, which is unacceptable. The website said that the stock was on hand. Which means it is in their possession. How can it then take 3 weeks to courier to me? No one has made an attempt to even get back to me. I am losing R1200 PER DAY in sales that the printer is late because I use it for my business. I will never buy anything from them again
