Only an idiot would buy from Loot

<p>Glorified resellers, Loot is not a serious online sales pleasure. I ordered a book 8 days ago to find out that they trusted Speed Courier Servuces to deliver the book to a post office instead of to me. Likely to get to me mid January now. Call Centre agent as useless, unhelpful & *********** as you might expect in SA. Why was I so stupid! </p>
