O/N JSBB-254-B850 Broken Tent Received

I have submitted three return returns (2019/12/12, 2019/12/13, 2019/12/14) for the item I have purchased and have not received any reference numbers as yet.

I ordered an Afritrail Ezy-Pitch 2 Popup Tent tent on O/N JSBB-254-B850. As I opened the tent Wednesday for the first time, it was not automatically pitching as it should. It seems that the tent was received with the poles broken in a few places. I'm not sure if this might have happened during transport perhaps? I have attached a few pictures.

Please advise how I can go about exchanging the tent for a new and whole one, as it is supposed to be a Christmas present to my nephew.
