Not trustworthy & bad service

This used to be one of my favourite online stores, but no more after my last experience. I received a damaged product which was returned on 4 December. No status update or response received since, nor any credit on my loot account or refund. It is unfortunate, as I really did not want to start looking for an alternative online store, but my confidence in their integrity is lost. After all, I now do not have my money, nor a product to show for it - pretty much constitutes theft.
