Not the same item as the one ordered and paid

I am very disappointed. One star on this review.

Yesterday received my parcel after waiting weeks. Just to find out the wrong item was sent. Clearly not the same model number. Maybe you were hoping I wouldn't notice and just forget about getting a smaller and cheaper model?

Ordered and paid for a Voyager T4000 tripod. Waited for weeks and got sent a Voyeger T3000.

What to do now? Poor service and control.

Probably would have to wait another few weeks now... If they rectify..... iF....
