Not sure I'll ever get my package

I placed an order for a DVD series box-set with Loot on the 11th of March. I opted to use Pargo as delivery service as it was the cheapest option and I could then pick it up from a Clicks near my house. The expected delivery date was the 27th of March. But with this whole Caronavirus thing everything got delayed and I'm not blaming them for this.

However, when the restrictions started to be lifted and e-commerce could commence again I emailed them on the 18th of May to try and find out what the status of my package was. They only rep**** with an automated response the next day. I emailed them again on the 26th to try and find out if my package was ever going to be delivered and I haven't heard back from them yet. I emailed them again today and I don't think I'll ever get a reply.

So, my advice would be to avoid them for now. It looks as though they might be going under financially if I look at some of the other recent reviews on here. Luckily the order I placed with them wasn't very expensive, but it would still suck if I never get it. My advice to anyone reading this is: rather spend your money elsewhere like TakeAlot or one of the other online stores that are actually still operating. I recently placed an order with TakeAlot and received my package ahead of the scheduled delivery date.
