Not serious about client service!

I am very disappointed with Loot.co.za. I've been ordering products from you for many years now. I currently have an order that was supposed to be dispatched on 13 February 2020. Today they contact me and tell me that I will need to wait 1 to 2 more days before someone can even provide me with a new expected dispatch date. This is the last time I'm using Loot.co.za. One of the items in my order is an item I urgently need for a research project.
