Not honour return SLA

I returned a product LWMG-386-B830 Gorilla RoboCam due to it stopped working

it took them days to send out a courier to collect it an only let me know that the unit is in for repairs. its almost been a month without any proper response just "As soon as we receive feedback we will be in contact with you. Thanks for your patience!"

Well my patience has ended. Give me my money back and remove the item from your catalogue
