Not Good!!

Although they eventually delivered my order, a month after I ordered it, I still have lost my trust in "loot" and for two reasons: 1. they promised 10day turn around which never happened and 2. never properly communicated with me about the delay. Can you imagine the challenge you will have if you had to return the article under guarantee?? (I received article with slight damage, but at least it is work...)
