Not fulfilling order

No delivery of order Ordered a microwave on 21 June 2020. Still not delivered. They said on site delivery between 4 to 7 days. No use to phone them. No answer. Tried Facebook, million excuses and most reliable one COVID. In my order history item show out of stock but beware that you only find that out after payment was done as they still advertise it. Believe Samsung is wholesaler for Takealot and Kloppers also was out of stock but notice they have received stock????
