Not delivering order
I ordered a product from Loot website, which they had on pre-order with delivery in August 2015, come delivery day the product was not delivered and instead i get an email stating that delivery date has been moved to 29 Feb 2016, come today, surpise! yeat again no product with no communication offered<br> <br> This product has been released internationally in May 2015 already yet i am still waiting

Dear Dawid,
We were advised by the South African distributor last year that the release had been delayed to Feb 2016. When we followed up on this, we discovered that they were not able to honour the revised date.
It's possible that they decided not to bring in this title due to limited demand. Of course, this is not acceptable as there was no indication last year that this was a possibility - otherwise we would not have accepted preorders from our customers.
We are making this very clear to the distributor that we cannot accept this in future.
Please accept our sincere apologies for this disappointment. We are still investigating supply options and will continue to do so and keep you updated on this.
