Non exsistent service

Shocking service from Loot.co.za! I have ordered from them many times and I know they have a long waiting period before delivery. I received an email a month after ordering a book to tell me it's been discontinued and that they will refund me the money within 3 working days. It has now been 7 working days.. no onereplies to emails, Facebook messages. The phones just ring. I eventually got hold of someone who said I must check my bank statement.. becuse you know... I would never have thought of that. Idiots. I still have not received my refund!!!!!
