Non-Existent Service

On Monday 13 January 2020 I sent loot.co.za an e-mail with regards to a parcel that I never received due to a FedEx truck being hi-jacked. I followed up with a phone call as well. On Tuesday, 14 January 2020 I received an automated reply with a reference number advising me it take 1 - 2 days to be actioned. It is Monday, 20 January 2020 and I have heard not a word from loot.co.za!!
