Non delivery service

order FPNK-277-B890, items ordered 9 June 2020 and not received to date, on the website loot specify 1 to 7 days delivery. they do not respond to e mail requests, their help line is turned off due to the massive backlog. they only respond once one use swear words out of frustration. then in their respond they mention that it will take another 3 days for them to respond. #67***6. this it totally NOT acceptable. This business should not be allowed to operate.
