No sign of delivery

I have orded a small item from Loot on the 4th of June, and it is now 23 June and no sign of my delivery, plus my order still shows as "on order" which means they have not even received my order or shipped it yet.

I received an email from loot on the 15th of June informing me there has been a delay , but that is already more than a week ago. I then emailed on the 19th asking to cancel my order as i am not going to wait this long but frustratingly, there is NO option to cancel an order on their website, and after two business days plus a weekend i have received NO feedback from my mail requesting a cancellation.

Only reason for the two star review is that i ordered another item shortly before this one, and that was delivered without issue, but this order's time to delivery is simply unacceptable.
