No set to watch

<p>For an online store Loot.co.za has a shocking if non existent logistics system. The customer service agent cannot tell you when they expect delivery from their supplier. I purchased a TV set latest dispatch date today. Nothing not even an email or text to say there was a delay. I phoned this evening "oh we're not open on the weekend so we'll have to follow this up on Monday" seriously?! If you cannot ganrantee stock of something you sell, don't sell it! What is the point of being 'online' if your totally unavailable on the weekend?! </p>
