NO SERVICE DELIVERY!!!

Made my first order on November 23rd. (Hisense Dishwasher) After the order has been delayed multiple times I received without any consultation an refund was issued. When the item became available again I again placed the order (28th of January). A few days later I even saw the same item on Daily deals. The order has been delayed 4 times for delivery. every time I phone customer services they are having problems with the supplier (Hisense) and it is not their fault.

I Dont understand how Loot can Run a promotion after I placed the order and a month after THAT promotion I still have not received anything.

They also refuse to get me into contact with Hisense and the Customer Care Staff leaves promises that the manager will call you back within the hour, only to call back and hear they have left for the weekend.

NOT ENTERTAINED!!!!!!
