No service and no products more than a month later

Shocking service both myself and a friend ordered seperatly different products around the same time and neither of us have recieved our goods. I ordered 22 June and more than a month later I have no goods. Three times I have been given dates when the stock is expected and that date passes with no explanation. They cannot blame the Civil unrest as I placed an order long before that. Rather use takealot if you ever want to see your goods. Also dont bothet emailing them they dont reply.
