No response, no feedback from Loot.co.za for refund

I purchased books through Loot.co.za. The one book I ordered said it had 144 pages on their website as well as on the app. Upon receiving it, it was a book of 44 pages! I did not pay over R200 for a book of 44 pages! No one responds to my emails. I got a response stating that I need to send photos, which I did. Still not a word or email stating that they are investigating. I just want a refund, and I will never purchase anything from om them again
