No response from Loot.co.za to undelivered paid orders

My order dated 19 May has not been delivered as promised. After 3 email still no reply from Loot. They say they will get back to you in 72 hrs this does not happen. Tried calling customer support number many times. Voice message says to call during office hours which did but nobody ever answers They don't take calls
