No response form Loot.co.za on outstanding item

Hi I would like to give a good review for a change but unfortunately I placed an order CRHH-298-B480 with Loot.co.za on the 25th October 2020 for a few items it is now 18th December 2020. All but one item was delivered. They say I must send any query for an item to ***. I have sent many queries but don't get a reply as promised. The outstanding item is a book "An Elephant in my Kitchen". I would just like to know what's happening
