No refund or exchange for damaged item.
You don't give refunds on defect products like you state on your return policy. I bought a very expensive graphics card from you guys, two months ago and I'm still struggling to get a new card or a full refund. Your supplier even accused me of dropping the card, indirectly calling me a lair. I'm just going to be polite for the very last time, my patients are up. Give me a full refund, thank you. And please, no more explanations that your supplier said I dropped the item, we already exchanged more than ten e-mails. Invoice No: JVKK-91-B540

01 Apr 2016, 17:05Hello dextar44,
We do provide refunds or replacements on defective items, as specified in our returns policy.
With technical items it is required that the supplier test and confirm the defect, in order to determine that it is covered under the warranty.
Although the report determined that the unit had been dropped, the supplier tests confirmed that there was no damage internally and that the unit is in full working order.
As per our emails, we have offered you a partial refund for the cosmetic damage, and Loot.co.za will maintain the warranty on the graphics card.
KInd Regards

13 May 2016, 18:20Hi Laura
Thank you for your efforts, I do appreciate that you gave me a discount and for honoring half of the warranty on my damaged item. I just want to say that the supplier you used for the Card is very, very unprofessional and have a very bad attitude. The supplier did not want to do anything to resolve the issue, instead they blame the consumer(me).
Thanks again Loot for meeting me halfway.
Regards
