No packge, no correspondence

I really thought you guys were professional. I tried to back the little guy as competition to Takealot. I placed my order on 21 March. I understood fully whats imp**** by lockdown. I had a tracking number, package was at FEDEX. We confirmed my package would be delivered once the situation allows. Now the situation allows but nobody can tell me where my parcel is and Loot doesnt respond to my emails
