No help from Loot.co.za

No help telephonically or via email. I ordered a book on Loot at the end of May, and still haven't received it, and today is 10/08/2022. I have called 6 times, and after promises from personnel I haven't received any feedback from them via email or any call from managers that I have requested. Do not make use of Loot.co.za.
