No-hassle refund, great admin

I've been a Loot customer almost since its start when they only dealt with books, DVDs and CDs. This is the first time ever, due to the lock down, Loot was not able to deliver the books I'd ordered more than a month ago, intended for my daughter's birthday. What really impressed me were the regular email updates on my order and the almost immediate no-hassle refund when, realising the books wouldn't arrive in time, I cancelled the order.
