No Feedback ruined Xmas!!
Placed an order on 15 December - all Xmas gifts. As Xmas grew closer, I asked if the goods would be delivered in time and if I could do anything to speed up the process - pay a rush fee, whatever? NO response. Which means I had to go buy replacement Xmas presents on Xmas morning! Cause Santa never pitched. .....I placed an order with Takealot this Monday and it was delivered the Wednesday morning. Took them less than two days to deliver to Durban!! And I was kept up-to-date EVERY step of the way. Unlike Loot. Still waiting. Still have no clue when or where my order is. Very disappointing. Very expensive Xmas. Will never use Loot again. Takealot, I'm your loyal customer for life.

For items we do have in stock, we certainly also dispatch within 24 hours and can deliver overnight.
However, for items on the website that have longer dispatch time displayed, we cannot speed up that time, unfortunately. Note that for one of the items you ordered, Takealot currently advises it is \shipped in 15-20 working days\". We also advised on the website
