No feedback for 2 weeks

I ordered XBOX games for my son's birthday - I received an SMS that the parcel would be delivered on the 3/1...on the 3rd only one of the three games arrived, I called Loot and they assured me that the rest was due for delivery on the 4th....it is the 15th now and after calling them time and again their courier Fedex was hijacked - my parcel was on the truck - I understand this much - but it took a phone call from me to discover this as they never let me know!!! I was assured that a new order had been placed...For the 1st time today I received a mail from them, but only to say "the supplier has NO MORE STOCK" of what I ordered - 3 weeks later!! Birthday missed and NO correspondence from LOOT....never agian!!!
