No delivery to Samsung machine 3wks down the line

This online platform is a *****, I did buy a Samsung washing machine on the 9th of April and they haven't delivered to date 3 weeks down the line. Wanted to cancel this order and refund but they give false hope that it going to be delivered. I even asked to speak to the manager and the manager never get back at me.

Don't ever buy at Loot, this company is a *****, they promise delivery of 4-7 working days and nothing comes of it. The call center personnel are *****, spoke to 4 different people and promise to do something and nothing happens.

All they tell you is Samsung should be the one to deliver to the extend of me conducting samsung and ask, and they told they don't deliver individually.

Be warned about this online selling platform
