NO DELIVERY REQUEST TO CANCEL

I requested that this order be cancelled. The call centre didn't give any confirmation yet that that it is cancelled and no ETA on the refund. the order was placed on 21/10/2022 and until date no delivery has been made this is an unacceptable delay from order processing to delivery blkx-383-b9a0
