No delivery, no refund. I want my money back!!

I ordered on Loot a month ago and my items have not been delivered. i queried progress of the order after the due date they had given me had passed and all they did was advise that they'll give me a Loot voucher with the amount i spent on the order, to spend on Loot again - as if i'd want to buy there again! They didn't bother to ask whether i wanted a refund or voucher like other online retailers do. the audacity! I have now been waiting days for feedback... no communication!
