No delivery for 4 weeks.

Place an order and paid. After 4 weeks, no delivery and they telling me waiting for clearance of funds and I must contact my Bank. They refusing to tell me what checks have they done on their side. Bank confirmed the payment was cleared on the same day of Purchase - 9 June.

Contact them and always telling me to email of which there's not effective feedback. Just round in circles.

Basically, they've withhold my money and don't want to deliver until I can send a POP to the same email address that doesn't respond, which is ridiculous and I'm 100% certain if they did they job and actually checked their system they would've found the payment without sending on a goose chase.
