No delivery after payment!!

<p>On 18 April I placed an online order with Loot Products. Today is 5 July and I have had no sign of my order arriving. I have emailed several times and have been told that they cannot answer while my package is in the air! I wonder how long this plane is able to fly on its tank of fuel... livid!! </p>
