No Customer support

I placed an order on 16 April and was told the latest dispatch date is 30 April. I emailed them 30 April, no response, followed up with 3 more emails, also no response.

Today after I phoned in once more, I received an email saying the supplier does not have stock and that they are cancelling the order and will credit my Account. It took them 3 weeks to tell me the supplier does not have stock,

Truly shocking.
